What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis involves the induction of a trance or sleep like state. Suggestions targeting the problems can then be introduced to facilitate healing.

Hypnosis can be tried for many different problems. However it is important to choose an experienced and well-trained hypnotherapist

Hypnosis can be used along side conventional medicine to treat mental health problems such as schizophrenia. However people suffering from psychosis should use these techniques with caution.
