The Solent NHS Trust Pharmacy Service exists to support service users, carers and staff get the best from the medicines they use and take.
We do this by providing:
- Accurate and independent information about medicines to service users, carers and healthcare professionals
- Supplies of medicines and clinical advice to help service users manage the medicines they take during their time as an in-patient and in the community
- A high-quality, friendly and effective service, making sure NHS resources are used well
We have in-house pharmacies in both Portsmouth and Southampton, with access to specialist pharmacists and technicians.
