The Pharmacy Service of South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust aims to help service users, carers and health professionals to make the best use of medicines.
We support service users with their treatment and make this as safe as possible. We do this by providing information, education and expertise in medicines.
There are specialist pharmacists and technicians working in the London boroughs of Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth, located at:

Please note that not all medicines listed on this website have been approved for use in the Trust. All practitioners in South West London are asked to prescribe/recommend treatment from the Trust-approved list of medicines, where the evidence of their effectiveness and assessment of their cost has been taken into account. The current Trust-approved list is available on request from: firstname.lastname@example.org or you can discuss the choice of medicines available to you with your clinician.
