All payments are made through PayPal subscriptions, this means PayPal will take a payment from your account every time a payment is due, weather this be monthly, quarterly or yearly entirely depends on which subscription option you choose.

How do I subscribe to the Choice and Medication website for personal use?

Personally subscribing to the Choice and Medication website couldn’t be simpler. First of all, you will need to visit the ‘Request Account’ page by clicking the link below:

https://www.choiceandmedication.org/candm/request-account/

Once on the page, you will be asked to create a username which is unique from every other subscriber. You will also be asked to enter your email address, first name and last name for your user profile.

When you have done this, you will receive an email to the address you entered in the previous step. You will need to click on the ‘Activate Account’ button in the email and then enter your password to login. For passwords we recommend a strong but memorable password, so you don’t forget it, or worse have to write to down.

Once you have activated your account you simply need to login on the form on your screen, and then click one of the subscription options and follow the instructions on PayPal to make payment. Once this has been done, the payment information will automatically be passed to our servers and your account will be validated. This may take a minute so please be patient.

How much is a personal subscription to the website?

We currently have three options available for a personal subscription to the website, these are:
